Key Responsibilities
- Build, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.)
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector search workflows, and embedding models
- Create conversational AI agents, copilots, and workflow-driven automation tools
- Implement GenAI-powered features across SaaS modules (CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc.)
- Work with structured and unstructured data: PDFs, documents, images, audio
- Build real-time inference pipelines and optimize model performance
- Integrate AI models with backend services using Node.js, Python, or cloud functions
- Implement document extraction, OCR, text classification, and summarization systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert ideas into AI features
- Evaluate new LLMs, open-source models, and fine-tuning approaches
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads (nice to have)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in GenAI: LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning
- Mandatory hands-on coding skills in Python
- Experience with OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Supabase Vector
- Experience building chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants
- Understanding of NLP, tokenization, and prompt engineering
- Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability
Good to Have
- Experience with multimodal models (image + text)
- Exposure to structured business workflows (CRM/HRMS/ERP)
- Knowledge of GPU optimization and inference acceleration
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Node-based backend frameworks
- Experience with datasets, labeling, and fine-tuning pipelines
