Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for offshore teams
- Oversee workforce planning, attendance, leave management, and shift administration
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee records, and MIS dashboards
- Ensure timely payroll inputs, audits, and monthly reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance, policies, and statutory requirements
- Handle people, process, administrative, and operational escalations with maturity
- Support recruitment efforts and partner with hiring teams for effective talent acquisition
- Drive onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires and uphold company culture
- Lead performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews
- Identify skill gaps and support development planning frameworks
- Lead employee engagement programs, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and trust-based work environment
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and drive timely resolutions
- Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll execution and audit processes
- Manage benefits administration, reimbursements, and statutory remittances
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, and other regulations
- Oversee office administration, vendors, facilities, and operational processes
- Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to leadership
- Lead process improvements, productivity initiatives, and retention strategies
Must-Have Skills
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–10+ years of strong HR experience with focus on HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll tools, and workforce systems
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex HR functions independently
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
