Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program delivery of platform features and sector-specific solutions by coordinating multiple scrum teams (AI/ML, Data, Fullstack, DevOps)
- Define and manage technical delivery plans, sprint milestones, dependencies, and timelines across programs
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve cross-team risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks
- Maintain strong technical fluency to align teams with platform architecture, including data platforms, streaming, and ML pipelines
- Translate product vision into executable technical milestones in collaboration with Product Owners and Architects
- Act as a liaison between global engineering teams, product leaders, architects, and domain stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across multi-sector requirements and enable reusable, scalable platform components
- Drive governance, reporting, and delivery excellence, including dashboards, OKRs, and leadership updates
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of platform and data architectures, including Kafka, Spark/Flink, data lakes, and AI/ML pipelines
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs in agile environments with multiple teams
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, on-prem)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Ability to bridge business goals with technical execution
Good to Have
- Experience delivering solutions for industrial or regulated sectors (aviation, manufacturing, logistics, utilities)
- Hands-on experience with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Technical background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI/ML
- Experience managing globally distributed teams
- Exposure to POC-to-production scaling for data and AI platforms
