Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI, automation, and analytics innovation use cases aligned to business goals.
- Design end-to-end AI and automation solution architectures balancing feasibility, scalability, and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods to deliver PoCs, MVPs, and pilot solutions using agile methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Architect secure, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Drive integration of AI solutions with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM, HR systems) and legacy systems.
- Act as a primary client-facing architect, leading workshops, ideation sessions, and executive demos.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and contribute to ROI and business case development for innovation initiatives.
- Navigate compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements to move solutions from concept to production.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, promoting innovation best practices and knowledge reuse.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, including Generative AI, NLP, conversational AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud-native design, and security best practices.
- Proven experience with system integration using APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, and middleware.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP/Oracle, or similar.
- Experience working with compliance frameworks and data security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated leadership in agile delivery, PoC development, and innovation initiatives.
Good to Have
- Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and workflow orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud AI services.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, BFSI, or government.
- Experience building ROI models and scaling successful pilots enterprise-wide.
- Passion for emerging technologies, experimentation, and continuous learning.
