Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Implement and manage compute, storage, networking, and identity solutions in Azure
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep
- Monitor, troubleshoot, & optimize cloud services using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, & Application Insights
- Configure and manage virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, and security controls
- Automate deployments and workflows using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, and cost optimization across Azure environments
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver cloud-native and scalable applications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Azure networking and security (VNet, NSG, Firewall, RBAC, Azure AD)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, or similar scripting tools
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep)
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Azure
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Good to Have
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and governance policies
- Experience integrating Azure with enterprise security tools
- Microsoft Azure certifications (Administrator Associate, DevOps Engineer)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
