Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Generative AI and AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead large-scale AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable architectures using Advanced RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-model ecosystems.
- Act as a technical bridge between business, legal, and engineering teams.
- Oversee delivery of AI-enabled platforms ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Define governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive architectural best practices.
- Design real-time, high-availability AI systems for enterprise use cases.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5+ years in AI/ML roles with architectural or leadership responsibilities.
- Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and enterprise deployments.
- Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS / Azure / GCP AI services).
- Strong expertise in Advanced RAG, Agentic AI, vector databases, and model fine-tuning.
- Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data systems.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and change management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid AI architectures.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, explainability, fairness, and governance frameworks.
- Experience building AI platforms for regulated industries.
- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps frameworks at scale.
- Experience in arbitration, real-time decisioning, or high-throughput AI systems.
