Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Assist in audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis.
- Optimize budgets and bids to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute ad strategies.
- Track trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to improve ad performance.
- Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and consumer behavior.
- Basic knowledge of ad metrics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and experiment.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Amazon Ads or Google Ads.
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Meta Blueprint or related digital advertising certifications.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels.
- Interest in data-driven marketing and performance advertising.
