Refund Policy
Career Direction, operated by Tech Talk Growth Hacker Pvt., follows a strict No Refund Policy across all its programs and services. By enrolling or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Payments made for any service are non-refundable, including:
- Training Programs
- Certifications (Career Direction + IBM)
- Career Counseling Sessions
- Job Support & Consultancy
- Hackathons (Paid/Unpaid components)
- Internship-related services
- Paid events, workshops, or mentorships
Once payment is completed, the amount cannot be refunded, regardless of:
- Non-attendance
- Change of mind
- Personal issues
- Technical issues from the user side
- Incompletion of tasks or assignments
- Rejection by hiring partners or internship providers
Transfers or Adjustments
We do not allow:
- Transfers of fees to another program
- Converting payments into credits
- Batch changes after booking
- Name changes or substitutions
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases where Career Direction cancels a program, we may offer
- An alternative program
- A course credit
- A rescheduled batch
No monetary refund will be issued.
