Career Direction provides skill development, training, career guidance, hackathons, internships, and referral-based opportunities.
Our service offerings include:
- Hackathons (Paid/Unpaid)
- Internships (Paid/Unpaid depending on partner companies)
- Training & Certification programs
- Career Counseling by industry mentors
- Job Support & Consultancy
- Sharing student portfolios with hiring partners
- Social media promotion of student achievements
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 16 years or older
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Agree to follow the rules of participation for hackathons, training, and internships
We may suspend or remove users who provide false information or misuse our platform.
User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to
- Provide correct details during registration
- Submit original work for hackathons and projects
- Maintain respectful communication
- Follow guidelines provided by mentors and trainers
- Avoid sharing copyrighted or harmful content
- Not misuse our platform for spam or unauthorized promotions
Violation of these rules may result in removal from programs without refund.
Payments & Billing
Certain services such as certifications, career counseling, job support, and mentorship programs are paid.
Payment Terms:
- All payments must be made through approved third-party gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, Topmate).
- We may store transaction ID, invoice details, and subscription data for verification.
We do not store full card or banking details.
No Refund Policy
Career Direction follows a strict No Refund Policy.
This applies to:
- Training programs
- Certifications
- Career counseling sessions
- Job support or consultancy
- Hackathon or internship-related services
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Internships & Job Referrals
Career Direction is not a recruitment agency. We offer referrals but cannot guarantee job selection.
Terms for internships & referrals:
- Referral depends on performance, consistency, and completion of assigned tasks
- Final hiring decisions are made by the partner company
- We share your profile only with your permission
- Misconduct or non-compliance may lead to disqualification without refund
Use of Student Content
By participating in any program, you grant Career Direction the right to:
- Share your project work, achievements, and presentations on social media
- Use your submissions to showcase success stories
- Share your portfolio with hiring partners for opportunity matching
We will not misuse your content or misrepresent your identity.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, training materials, videos, text, and digital assets—is owned by Career Direction / Tech Talk Growth Hacker Pvt.
Users are not permitted to
- Copy, resell, or distribute training material
- Use our branding without permission
- Reproduce website content for commercial use
Violation may lead to legal action.
Third-Party Tools
Our platform integrates with third-party tools including:

- Razorpay / Stripe / PayU / Topmate
